If the US didn't meddle in other countries, they wouldn't have to spend so much for defense spending. All of that money could be used to help the citizens, but unfortunately, it is spent on defense spending & given to countries like Israel. Why is that politicians will bicker & argue over everything, but never on giving money to Israel? This is because the Israeli Lobby group AIPAC is in the pockets of the politicians. Let Israel spend their own money or stop treating the Palestinians so badly that the Palestinians would not resort to having to defend themselves from the atrocities that Israel puts them through. The entire world recognizes that Israel is occupying Palestinian land, but we still step up & veto any UN resolution against Israel. It's time to stop helping Israel & start helping the citizens of the United States.
