I gave you a grade of C. I am giving you the benefit of the doubt as I know almost nothing about you. Also you have not yet gone past the 10 year Term Limit that should be law. Why don't you do something productive such as pushing Term Limits. Why not propose a moritorium on all new spending unti such time as the economy is back on an even keel, then go back and look at worthwhile projects.
