I gave you a grade of F. I know you got a bye from Speaker Pelosi because you are up for Re-Election in 2010 and she had enough votes to pass the Healthcare Boodoggle without you.

That;s okay, that's the way Democrats always play politics. I still haven't received an answer to my question I posed in Nov. 5th as to where you acquire your authority under the Constitution of the United States of America to pass the laws you and some of your Republican colleagues pass. Please tell me of which of your 18 delegated powers you think you can run Auto cos. and Banks and Now, Shut Down small business in the United States with Cap and Trade?????

I know, you'll just pass this off as you always do and say, "They did it first"  What a bunch of children you Demcrats are. Get the hell out of our lives. Do you JOB. Then come home to your law practice and leave We The People the Hell Alone. You're not supposed to have made Congress your profession. The Founders NEVER intended you all STAY in DC.  Do what you're supposed to do (and NOTHING ELSE), and come home.
