I gave you a grade of D.  You were such an embarassment the way you treated the BP executive.  You are from an oil-producing state and oil-operator city.  You know there can be accidents and they do take time to stop the flow even on dry land.  The citations to BP?  When and for what?  The congress and the executive branch have deserved more citations than BP could in a lifetime.  This spill should have never gotten to any shore.  That is not BPs fault.  They have done all they can do.  They have to follow the law and government guidelines.  It is the fault of the President for not making the necessary decisions.  It is the fault of the Representative and the Senators for not staying after the Executive Branch for not making the correct decisions.  YOU are responsible for this mess because YOU did not require the President to take needed action.  It is just easier for you to follow the pack and condemn big oil.  How many citations should you have?
