I gave you a grade of F. This grade is for a lack of response to my e-mail of 4-27-10 stating my frustration with executive order 13502 that is a payoff for unions for election support. That order leaves out 85% of construction workers that are non-union ( and most likely thankful that they are). Bottom line is that you have not voiced your displeasure with this order and will not ask the administration to revoke it.
