I gave you a grade of D because I received a call from one of your aids stating you agreed with me regarding spending but you thought there should have been a provision to assist small business owners in the stimulus bill and that is why you voted against it. Sir, I am not stupid, you didn't even have time to read it before you voted on it. I agree with you "no" vote but note your reasoning. This is an obvious lie I was told over the phone by your aid.
