I gave you a grade of F.

Well you are another politician that has no new ideas just the same talking points that will fix nothing and sound like a broken record on both sides of the isle. Of course you will not read this as you are an ELITE and we are just peasants that are just to be tolerated once every 2 years or every 6 years. But I will put this out and maybe someone will see this and we can vote your butt out and get someone in that will do some of this.

1. Social Security is Insurance and if you make a combined income say over $52,000 a year (Gross) in pension or any income including 401K, stocks, tax free bonds etc, you do not need it. The reason it should be tied to pension or retirement income is that you may have had one year of good income and fired or laid off from different jobs due to the economy and you do not get a retirement package from the different jobs that you worked at. It is for the person that did not have a good job to retire from so do not make a minimum wage waitress or a person that is in the bad luck of the economy to work till they are 70 to retire because some people are greedy. You have to make changes or it will not be there for those that really do need it, and do not tell me that the movie stars, professional athletes and the bankers need it, so you have to start some place. If you cannot live on $1,000 + a week, then how do you expect the seniors that just live on the basic Social Security to live? That way you can not only SAVE Social Security but you can also give them a pay raise to get them out of POVERTY. Of course the middle class & rich people will scream and say it is my money and I want it, tell the it is Insurance or call it a TAX if you want. You can even say that at age 75 if you make over $52,000 a year you will get a onetime check of $10,000 rebate tax free. The idea is that it is for the people that NEED it and NOT for the people that do not need it. That is how you save Social Security or you can LIE to people like politicians always do.

2. You need to cut the 2.15 MILLION federal employees which if you figure at an average of $100,000 salary, which is most likely low, equals $215,000,000,000 per year. That means you will have approximately 30 to 40% waste for overlap as the federal government loves waste and triplicates. Now factor in the Retirement at 80% for life + Insurance = roughly $5,160,000,000,000. This would be added to the NATIONAL DEBT which is INSANE. This needs to be cut by 40%, there is no need for the federal government to be this big. There is no need for the Retirement packages to be as good as what the private sector gets also, which INCLUDES FOR YOU GUYS ALSO. Some of the Federal Departments need to go as they are in the states already, so why have the feds watch Porn and get paid? Another benefit is that cut these jobs that are not needed is reduce the Federal Deficit. Whole departments can go as Dept of Education is not needed, states have it. In other words you do not need a LARGE department that already exists in the states. The states either do a good job or they get voted out by the PEOPLE.

3. Term Limits need to be imposed as we have it for the POTUS for a reason. Do you think there was a reason why we should not have it for CONGRESS ALSO? Two terms for Senators and 6 terms for the House, 12 years MAX, then get out of the way and get someone else in there. No more lifelong jobs thinking you are better than everyone else. Just look at NUMBER 2 above as to why, you decided not to be part of the GREAT HEALTH CARE LAW and you voted to not to be part of the COMMON PEOPLE SOCIAL SECURTY SYSTEM and you also have your own SPECIAL RETIREMENT, you vote YOUR OWN RAISES. BELL CALIFORNIA COMES TO MIND, THAT IS IN THE NEWS NOW, AND HOW POLITICIANS VOTE THEMSELVES RAISES AND HOW CROOKED THEY ARE. CONGRESS SHOULD HAVE NO BETTER THAN WHAT WE HAVE, PLAIN AND SIMPLE, AS YOU WORK FOR US. Speaking of term limits, the SCOTUS needs to be revisited. Each member should be re-evaluated every 6 years of conformation and in the case of gross incompetence they should be removed by a 2/3 majority vote in the Senate. To let a person have a job for life without some kind of sanity check is in itself INSANE. The 2/3rd vote would mean that no one side could remove someone just because they felt like it. You can remove a POTUS with 2/3 vote so why is the SCOTUS so special?

4. Sliding Scale FLAT TAX. This is something Congress does not want to talk about but it makes the most sense to bring down the debt. If you make less (Gross) than $30,000 you pay $0, $30,001 to $50,000 you pay 1.5%, $50,001 to $65,000 you pay 2.5%, $65,001 to $100,000 you pay 5%, $100,001 to $150,000 you pay 7%, $150,001 to $250,000 you pay 9%, $250,001 to $400,000 you pay 11%, $400,001 to $650,000 you pay %13, $650,001 to $1,000,000 you pay 15.5%, $1,000,001 + you pay 19%. The Percentage should be adjusted by bean counters so to bring down the debt and the 19% maybe to high where 16% might be the top rate. There should be NO DEDUCTIONS and does not matter if you are SINGLE OR MARRED, NO MARRAGE PENALTY, so the movie stars that have 10 homes to avoid paying taxes, SOL. The Politicians that have 2 or 3 mansions that do the same, SORRY CHARLIE. The people that have 5000 kids to offset large incomes, learn to live with it. The people in New York & California will SCREAM as they have the highest mortgages, but you have to do this to raise revenue. This will make the IRS code so easy, you make this you pay this amount. Of course you will not need as many IRS people also. Another department for #2 to be trimmed.

Get out of the States Way. States have RIGHTS and let them manage their states. This DOJ that is in place now needs to be investigated as they have an agenda that is not in the American People's interest. If the States want to help out on immigration as it is HURTING the economy and costing the LEGAL TAXPAYERS, let them. If States want all the Illegals to come to them, let them. The People will tell the States what THEY WANT. So reign in the DOJ and canx his budget until he answers questions on what his agenda and also the Military NON-VOTING that he is not pushing. GET ANSWERS or NO MONEY for his Department. Next reign in the Homeland Department as to why they are letting Illegals go. This demands answers.
Jobs, this stupid road work that is in the stimuLESS is a joke. It is doing nothing and the sooner that everyone knows it the better.
1. Long Term for the country you need to get with the States to build a Aquaduct system that goes from coast to coast & North to South, all States. It would be designed to take water that is from floods to transfer it via pumps to the sections of the country that need water. The benefit from this is that reduce flooding and water is transferred to where it is really needed. Homes and property would be saved and more food could be grown. This would be a large undertaking and would need construction, engineers, management, etc people. You would have to have a hub in each state with a central hub for the transfer of water to where it is needed. I would estimate it would take 20 years to complete and cost 15 to 18 Trillion. You will need to start out with the most flood prone sections first.
2. Mid Term for the country you need to have a Space Goal. A compitition to build the next vehicle to go not only to the Moon but Mars and the Asteriods. It would have to be reusable and manuverable so NOT a capsule. It would have to hold minimum 10 people with supplies. What this would do is put the Aerospace people back to work and not cause a Brain Drain in the future. We have to expand or we will stagnate. This design runoff would take 2 to 3 years with a prototype in 5 years. Cost 500 Million.
3. Short Term for the country you need to get the Government out of the Private Sector and keep Taxes and a known amount. Allow Health policies to be written across State Lines and What the Consumer wants. With a smaller Government #2 and #6.1 & #6.2 above business will start to see that you just may mean it. You need to STOP all these regulations like Cap & Tax, Card Check, etc. Business will not start in uncertan times.
