Please encourage your colleagues to lock in tax rates. All of us are under an unfair tax burden.  Why is it that some of your colleagues continue to ignore the facts. Small business drives this country's employment numbers. Taxation hurts the small business owner.  All the uncertainty hurts the small business owner.  We can't do any realistic planning, because our potential tax liability numbers are up in the air. No way I'm hiring anyone under these unworkable circumstances, Congressman.  I would like to give you a better grade, but it's too early in the "semester." I give you a grade of C+.  Room for improvement.  At any rate, we wish you a very Merry Christmas!
