Rumors are floating around that Obama will call for a spending freeze and "investments." The freeze is a must, but substantial cuts must be made as well. The majority in the House should realize when you're on the edge of bankruptcy you're not in the position to  invest in anything. Deep cuts, that is what we need and what we expect. Time is of the essence. Cut the current budget by no less than 10% this fiscal year; not over a number of years. Thank you.
