I gave you a grade of C.  Overall, you tend to be far too much of a "party line" representative.  Higher taxes, for the most part anti-business, pro gun control, and, sadly, far too weak on illegal immigration.  I do have to praise you however on at least some of your positions--abortion and education.  Despite the fact that they probably are a major factor in getting you elected--since you are a Democrat--it's not really necessary to bend over backward to accomodate unions and illegal immigrants.  There are reasons that our country is in the mess that it's currently in:  from a business standpoint, unions have priced our labor costs off the charts, which of course has to be passed on to us as consumers, and, there is also a reason that illegal immigrants are called "illegal" immigrants--THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY.  Catch 'em, send 'em back to wherever they came from, strengthen the security of our borders so they can't get in so easily the next time, and make them come here PROPERLY, as they should have in the first place.  Representative Berkley, PLEASE, listen to your constituents, not to the leaders of your party, when voting on these issues.
