Can’t log in AOL desktop gold from Microsoft outlook. How to fix it?
  • If you want to login in AOL Desktop Gold from Microsoft Outlook then they must be synced properly. And if you are not able to log in then you need to check the configuration you used while setting up this email on AOL Gold:
    • The incoming and outgoing mail server should be and respectively
    • The incoming and outgoing server must be 993 or 143 and 587
    • Don’t forget to use SSL in incoming server encrypted connection and that of TLS in the outgoing server
    • Use the correct username and password to log in
    If after entering the correct configuration the problem persists then just try to download AOL Desktop Gold again then use these setting. Sometime incomplete installation might conflict with the settings you are using for configuring it.
